The year 2007 marked a major turning point as the Harrisons returned to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to serve alongside ITLM’s pastoral team. There, Pastor Ray took on oversight of various ministries, developed teaching curriculums, reignited the Men’s Ministry, and became a strong advocate of the Life Groups model of discipleship and community. In 2016, he launched Impact Your Today, a vision-driven ministry rooted in the belief: “We impact your today so you can impact someone’s tomorrow.”

In 2017, Pastor Ray and Becky were entrusted with the leadership mantle, becoming the Lead Pastors of ITLM. As senior leaders, they guided the ministry with a heart for evangelism, discipleship, and kingdom expansion. Pastor Ray is known for his deep compassion for the lost and his passion to see God’s people grow into spiritual maturity. He carries a prophetic and practical voice for the Church, speaking into real-world issues that many shy away from, including poverty, brokenness, and the lack of access to information and opportunity.

Beyond the local church, Pastor Ray has a strong commitment to humanitarian outreach. He has initiated programs that provide food, clothing, school supplies, and medical assistance to underprivileged communities both in the United States and abroad. His international work extends to Ghana, Africa, where he has helped supply medical supplements and has built partnerships to connect doctors with underserved communities. His ministry reflects a bridge-building spirit, uniting practical needs with the message of hope found in Christ.

Throughout more than three decades of ministry, Pastor Ray has faithfully pursued one central mission: to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. Whether through pastoring, teaching, humanitarian aid, or international missions, his focus remains the same — equipping people to live out their God-given purpose and empowering them to impact the world around them.
